Keep the faith Dani - you'll get there! I'm a film director, and it's true - there never needs to be a slow week. As an actor you have a responsibility to continually educate yourself. All this stuff just informs your acting.

Great Blog! And website as well :) I did two shorts with NYFA last year. One turned out so-so and the other turned out beautifully and I'm so happy I took the chance to work with them. And then I worked with NYU and didn't like the results at all. You just never know... and choosing film students higher up in the program always helps.

Congrats! We're going to be in a movie together!

I thought the path to becoming an actor was that much different from that of others but now I don't think so. Maybe in degrees, we mave to work harder, be more disciplined and what not. It's great to hear how much progress you're making. The path of an actor's life is so different from that of a more traditional career. We get so much rejection and have to deal with so much while watching our friends make it to the milestones of the conventional life. We may not be where we want to be yet but every new credit just makes it that much sweeter. It's enough to go out
